MBR
MBR – Master Boot Record. MBR is located in the first sector of disk.

MBR contains information about partitions of drive. It can be up to 4 records about partitions of drive. But usually flash cards use only one partition.

At the end of the boot sector is a 2-byte structure called a signature word or end of sector marker, which is always set to 55 AA.
